Sponsored students - our dreamers

Abdoul, 17

Abdoul, 17

Abdoul is outgoing, joyful, and servant-hearted. He works hard in school and cares deeply for his community.

Despite facing persecution, Abdoul is a bright light and is passionate about the Gospel.

Pray John 15:5 for Abdoul — that he would stay rooted in Christ and bear much fruit.

Ismael, 16

Abdoul, 17

Ismael tends to be the quiet one, but once he opens up, his laughter brings a lot of joy!

Ismael loves making music and dreams of starting an orphanage through Project Salima after he graduates.

Pray Philippians 1:10 for Ismael — that he would discern what is best and remain pure and blameless.

Fataou, 15

Fatatou is our resident "class clown" - he loves making others laugh. Energetic and full of life, he enjoys playing soccer.

Fataou lives with his sister and their single mother. He is curious about the world and dreams of being a pilot.

Pray Colossians 1:10 for him — that he would live a life pleasing to the Lord, bearing fruit and growing in the knowledge of God.

Miko, 10

Miko, our youngest student, is one of the most determined. Despite neglect and devastating loss early in life, he has never given up. Those hardships have affected his development in some ways, but his love for math and growing reading skills show how far he’s come.

Pray Luke 2:52 for him — that, like Jesus, he would grow in wisdom and stature, gaining favor with God and people.
